…has a newly released CD,

   QUID PRO QUO*

Kasim Sulton visited the Capital Region

on Saturday, November 2, 2002

at The Van Dyck Restaurant and Brewery

Schenectady, New York

11/11/02      Kasim Sulton at The Van Dyck earlier this month was just amazing!!!

He played 2 great sets with just the right mix of his beautiful songs

from his newly released CD, Quid Pro Quo,

and his earlier solo work, along with some classic Utopia songs,

and some very cool covers (i.e.: Jason Falkner (Jellyfish), The Beatles,

 Todd Rundgren and Bad Company).

Not only did Kasim play guitar for us, he took full advantage of

The Van Dyck’s beautiful Yamaha baby grand piano. And his voice?….Just amazing!

As an extra bonus, his friend Doug Kennedy (awesome guitarist for the Pennsylvania-based band,

Isle of Q), joined Kasim for most of the 2 shows. Doug was fantastic and his presence added so much.

It was the best evening!……Hearing incredible music……

Seeing good friends……And meeting new people!

If you ever have the opportunity to see a live Kasim Sulton show, don’t miss it!

Nobody leaves disappointed. Not only is Kasim truly talented, but he’s a lot of fun too!
